- Call Data: Recordings, transcripts, and summaries of calls handled by our service on your behalf.

- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process calls and generate AI responses on your behalf
- Send you notifications about calls, voicemails, appointments, and account updates via SMS and email
- Process transactions and send related information
- Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse
SMS Communications
When you add a phone number for SMS notifications or enable SMS notifications in the Echo Route app, you agree to receive text messages about:
- Missed calls and new leads
- Voicemail notifications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Daily call summary reports
- Account updates, billing alerts, and trial notifications
Message frequency varies based on your call volume and notification preferences. Typical usage ranges from 1 to 10 messages per day depending on your incoming call activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, adjusting your notification settings at app.echoroute.ai/notifications, or contacting us at support@echoroute.ai. For help, reply HELP to any message.
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver and support the SMS notifications you have opted in to receive. We retain your consent records, including the date, time, and method of opt-in, for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance and verification purposes.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With vendors who assist in providing our services (e.g., Twilio for telephony, Stripe for payments, Resend for email).
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
The sharing categories above do not include mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, or SMS consent. We may use service providers only to operate and deliver the SMS notifications you requested, and not for their marketing or promotional use.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Echo Route's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect a Google account to Echo Route, we request access to your Google Calendar so that the Service can read your availability and create, update, or cancel appointments on your behalf as part of the AI phone answering experience you have requested. We use this data solely to provide and improve these user-facing features. Specifically, we commit to the following:
- No advertising: We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
- No selling or unrelated transfer: We do not sell Google user data and do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets where the receiving party will be bound by an equivalent privacy policy.
- No human review: We do not allow humans to read your Google user data except (a) with your explicit consent for specific data, (b) where necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized so it cannot be used to identify you.
- Limited use: Google user data is used only to deliver the user-facing features described in our public-facing product (calendar availability checks and appointment management on your behalf). We do not use it for any other purpose.
You may revoke Echo Route's access to your Google account at any time by disconnecting the integration from within the app or by visiting your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access will stop further data collection and end calendar-based features that depend on it.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your plan settings. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information
- Opt out of SMS and email communications
- Export your data
- Close your account
