You introduce us. We take it from there.

You get paid. Every month they pay us.

Your share lands every month they pay us — 10% / 15% / 20% based on how many active clients you've sent. We pay you the way you want: direct deposit, PayPal, or account credit if you're also a customer. Your first payment lands the month after they pay their first bill.

How do payouts actually work? +

On the intro call we agree on a payout rail — ACH, PayPal, Stripe Connect, or account credit if you're already a customer. Once a month, after your referred clients' invoices clear, we pay your share. No public referral code, because rails differ per partner; we lock yours in on the call so we're paying you the way you actually want to be paid.

When do I get paid? +

Monthly, in arrears. First payout lands the month after your first referred client's first paid invoice clears. So: client signs up in March → trial → first paid month is April → you get paid in May. Status email lands the same week.

What counts as a "referral"? +

A prospect you introduce who books a call using your name (we ask everyone), or who signs up via the personal link or code we issue after our kickoff call. Cold leads who name-drop you retroactively don't count — we'll be straight about this on the kickoff call rather than letting it become a fight later.

What happens if my referral churns? +

No clawback on months already earned — those are yours. Going forward, your share for that client stops when their subscription stops; if they pause and come back, it resumes with them. Tier (Starter / Established / Premier) is based on currently active referred clients, so a churn can move you between tiers month-to-month.

Do I have to be an Echo Route customer to be a partner? +

No. Most partners are agencies, consultants, and bookkeepers serving small business clients — they don't need an AI receptionist themselves. If you ARE already a customer and just sending a friend or two our way, the in-app referral tile (linked above) is faster: 30 seconds, account credit, no call.

How do I track my referrals? +

For v1, no self-serve dashboard — you have a person and an email. First business day of every month, you get an itemized status: every client you've sent, their current state, and anything a partner should know. We'd rather get the email right than ship a half-baked portal. A real dashboard is on the roadmap once partner volume justifies the build.

Do you contact my client without me on the call? +

Only after you introduce us. Until you've said "meet Echo Route" — by email, by intro, by a link — we have nothing to do with your client. After the handoff, we own the relationship: no need for you on every call, and your client should expect to hear from us directly. Stay as involved as you want; default is "stepped back, copied on monthly status."
