  1. Open your phone's dialerThis is the screen where you normally make calls.
  2. Dial *21* followed by your Echo Route number, then #Enter the 10-digit Echo Route phone number and end with #.
  3. Press the call buttonWait for a confirmation tone or message.
  4. Hang up — you're all set!All calls will now go to Echo Route.

How to Forward Only Missed Calls

Conditional call forwarding sends calls to Echo Route only when you don't answer. Your phone rings first, then forwards to your AI receptionist.

  1. Open your phone's dialer
  2. Dial *004* followed by your Echo Route number, then *11#This sets up forwarding for all missed call types.
  3. Press the call buttonWait for confirmation.
  4. Turn off Live VoicemailGo to Settings → Apps → Phone → Live Voicemail and toggle it off.

Important: Disable Live Voicemail in your phone settings, otherwise calls may go to carrier voicemail instead of Echo Route.

How to Turn Off Call Forwarding
